This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we process your personal data in connection with any of our Portal 12 Services provided to you as described in our Terms and Conditions (collectively the “Agreement”), and when you choose to visit our website when you download our applications or when you use any of our products (collectively the “Services”).

Create a Portal 12 profile

Preview mode data
When you choose to use our app in preview mode (before creating an account), we will only collect your email for the purpose of successfully completing registration.
Third Party Data
If you choose to link your account to your Facebook or Google account or the accounts of other third-party services when you sign in, we will process personal data that you authorize Facebook or Google or the relevant third party to share with Portal 12. PURPOSES, CATEGORIES AND LEGAL BASIS

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Portal 12 will process your personal data for as long as we have a purpose and a legal basis, for example, as long as we have a contractual obligation, a legitimate interest, your consent or legal obligations to process your data, depending on which of these legal grounds are applicable.
We process your personal data while you have an active account for 12 months after the end of your last use (login) of the application in order to provide you with the personalized Portal 12 Formulas Service (for example, to store progress and maintain your formula programs , so that you can easily continue from where you left off and to enable the analysis of the use of our service).
When you contact Portal 12 to receive support or for other purposes, we will retain your personal data for twenty-four (24) months after your last support request (eg issues and requests) has been addressed.
Personal data stored in our administration is kept for seven (5) years for the purposes of current legislation, unless we have a legal obligation to keep the data for another period of time.
Personal data that is collected and processed for marketing purposes is retained for as long as you have an account and for 12 months after your last login to the application.
Portal 12 may retain data for longer periods of time specified in this section if required by law or if necessary to preserve and protect Portal 12's legal interests, for example during legal proceedings.
We may retain aggregated data from which you cannot be identified (no longer personal data) for an unlimited period of time.
If we use consent as a legal basis, we will process your data until you withdraw your consent.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
This Policy may be edited from time to time and we may also add new features or services to be included in the Policy. If Portal 12 makes material changes to the Policy, we will notify you via email, the device you use for the Services, or a notice on the Services, as appropriate. The latest version of the Policy is posted on Portal 12's website. Portal 12 will notify you if you need to accept it.
